Internship for high school graduates (6-12 months)

Already have plans for your gap year? Tired of school and theoretical explanations? Looking for a position to gain work experience for university? Want to use your English skills but don’t have money to travel? Want to really make a difference in your gap year after graduation? Then we are looking for you.

With us, as a team member, you will take your first steps in the working world, contribute, and gain valuable experience in e-commerce. We can all copy, make coffee, and take letters to the post ourselves – so you can use your time with us to learn the really important things. As an intern, you will support the interface between purchasing and business development. You will accompany exciting projects, help develop sales-promoting measures, and ensure that existing and new products find their way into our warehouse and from there into our online shop. You can expect a varied activity with broad insight into the e-commerce landscape, a lot of personal responsibility, a relaxed working atmosphere, and great team colleagues.

What are your tasks?

Participation in projects in the areas of purchasing and business development
Management of the GONSER Outlet Store
Preparation of decision-making bases (e.g., analyses)
Assistance with product pricing and assortment decisions
Entering product data into the system
Creation of shipping plans
Support in daily operational business

What is important to us

You have (almost) completed your high school diploma and communicate easily in English
You are passionate about e-commerce and have always wanted to know what is behind a successful online shop
As an analytical person, you enjoy thinking through complex contexts and finding creative solutions for tricky challenges
You can critically question facts and like to contribute your ideas

As a digital native, you know MS Office like the back of your hand and are not afraid to learn new systems
