The ArboPark in Arbon is the largest indoor leisure park in Switzerland with over 6,000 m². Our visitors experience action, fun and unforgettable moments. To ensure that our guests can enjoy our attractions safely and with great pleasure, we are looking for a reliable and flexible person on an hourly wage basis to strengthen our team.

The focus of your activity is in the area of karting and our driving and action attractions. At the same time, you will be regularly deployed in Game Support and thus directly responsible for the experience and care of our guests.

Your tasks

• Mainly deployed in the area of karting as well as at our driving and action attractions
• Care, instruction and support of our guests
• Ensuring safe and smooth operation
• Monitoring the attractions and compliance with our safety regulations
• Regular deployments in Game SupportActive guest care in the games and attractions area
• Ensuring order, cleanliness and operational readiness in your areas of deployment
• Flexible support within the leisure park as needed

Your profile

• Enjoyment in dealing with people and active guest care
• Interest in karting, technology as well as driving and action attractions
• Technical understanding is an advantage
• Responsible, attentive and reliable working style
• Safety and a responsible approach to our guests are your priority
• Willingness to be deployed both in karting and in Game Support
• Flexible availability
• Availability on Fridays and Saturdays is a prerequisite
• Additional deployments during the week are possible and planned in advance
• Willingness to work evenings as well as during school holidays and public holidays
• Good English skills are a great advantage
• You keep an overview and work safely and guest-oriented even with high visitor numbers
• You are a team player and actively support your colleagues
