In this role, you will proactively and straightforwardly support our clients in the event of a claim and simultaneously lead the claims service at the General Agency Schwyz. In doing so, you contribute to the trust in Mobiliar as Switzerland’s most personal insurer.

What You Will Achieve With Us

You will lead the claims service both professionally and in terms of personnel, recruiting and developing your team. As a member of the management team, you will contribute to the strategic development of the General Agency.

You will proactively and straightforwardly support our clients in the event of a claim and act as the central contact person for complex specialist queries at the General Agency. You will receive claim notifications, be responsible for further processing, and conduct on-site inspections.

You will coordinate immediate measures if necessary and maintain close communication with internal specialist departments as well as service providers and craftsmen to ensure smooth handling of claims. Through your high level of service commitment and your demand for first-class service, you will inspire our clients and convey security and empathy in the event of a claim.

What You Bring With You

• Proven leadership experience with strong motivation and enjoyment in further developing the claims area both professionally and organisationally
• Completed vocational training in a craft or commercial field
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus, especially in handling property, liability, personal, and multi-family claims
• Customer- and solution-oriented personality who wants to make a difference, with enjoyment in contact and supporting clients in the event of a claim
• Authentic, engaging, and empathetic personality with a proactive and independent working style, responsible and open
• Eager to learn and enjoy learning to handle complex claims and continuously expand your expertise
• Confidence in using Office products as well as digital affinity
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

The Insurance Supervision Act requires the completion of the insurance intermediary VBV qualification, non-life profile, to perform this role. If this is not available, we are happy to support you with tailored internal training.
