Leading the other tilers on construction sites

Chief Tiler (m/f)

Your tasks

• Installing wall and floor tiles made of ceramics, natural and artificial stone, as well as glass mosaic
• Independent work, cutting, grinding, laying, and grouting
• Working in rental apartments as well as new and renovation projects
• Precise measuring
• Creating silicone joints
• Preparing measurements for quotes and invoicing
• Meetings with clients, site managers, architects, property management, etc.
• Weekly planning in consultation with the supervisor
• Checking weekly reports of the tilers (hours and expenses)
• Creating, monitoring, and controlling management reports
• Material orders and their delivery
• Leading the other tilers on construction sites
• Site and performance inspections as well as quality assurance

You bring

• Completed apprenticeship as a certified tiler with appropriate further training
• Solid professional knowledge
• High willingness to perform
• Several years of professional experience in this position
• Decisive with assertiveness
• Team-oriented and communicative
• Confident and well-groomed appearance
• Driver's license
• Ideal age 25 – 45 years
• Resident in the Aarburg region
