Your tasks – create more
- Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance work according to specifications and customer reports
- Support refurbishment projects and act as the central interface in the HVACSE area between our team and external specialist planners
- Independently and professionally implement smaller projects in the HVACSE area
- Take on repair work and resolve faults in HVACSE systems
- Carefully and transparently document completed work
- Create, check, and complete operational documentation
Your profile – bring more
- Valid category B driving licence and your own vehicle that you can use for your daily tasks
- You are a committed and experienced HVAC technician with solid professional experience
- Comprehensive knowledge of control and regulation technology
- Experience with building management systems and familiarity with common MS Office programmes
- You work independently, responsibly, keep an overview, and place great value on quality in the execution of your tasks
- Your passion for building technology as well as your strong customer orientation and service mentality make you a valued contact for clients and customers
- You consider further training an essential component to strengthen your expertise and always stay up to date
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
