Administrative Officer: Transport Service & Parental Leave Support (80%)
We are looking to complement our team starting November 1, 2025, or by arrangement, with a dedicated and proactive personality.
This is what you can achieve
Main responsibility for receiving and scheduling transport orders
Organization and conduct of discussions with various stakeholders
Scheduling of orders in the area of "Parental Leave Support" (approx. 10–20% of the activity)
Coordination and accompaniment of initial visits to families together with volunteer staff
General administrative tasks
Your profile
You bring life experience and possess high social competence as well as good manners
You enjoy working in a team and communicate confidently in both spoken and written form
You are resilient, flexible, and maintain an overview even in hectic situations

Commercial basic training or several years of experience in the administrative field
Good user knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems as well as a pronounced IT affinity
