As part of the international Camphill movement, the Humanushaus combines anthroposophical values with modern care and offers a loving and stimulating home to more than 100 people with support needs. Our residents actively engage in diverse work areas and experience a rewarding social and cultural life.

The Paracelsushaus-2 is a mixed-age, lively residential group with different living arrangements: In the small shared flat, residents are supported and encouraged in their independence in everyday life based on an individual living concept. The main residential group is home to residents who require broader support and accompaniment in daily life organisation.

In our two shared flats, it is very important to us that everyone participates in communal living and can help shape and enrich daily life with their individual resources.

We are looking for someone to start immediately or by arrangement:

Social Pedagogue or Care Specialist 60%

We are seeking someone with

• a completed qualification as a social pedagogue or care specialist with professional experience
• joy in helping shape the living environment of the residents
• an understanding of a holistic view of the human being
• commitment and enthusiasm for team development, interest in taking on responsibility
• humour and openness
• a reliable and flexible working style
• willingness to self-reflect
• a category B driving licence (advantageous)
• good computer skills

Your duties include

• professionally accompanying people with support needs through key worker work
• organising leisure activities
• teamwork, participation in team meetings, supervision, and internal training
• taking on areas of responsibility
• working hours model with irregular hours, weekly night duty, and weekend shifts
