YOUR TASKS

You don’t just want to operate SAP systems, but actively drive the transformation of an international SAP landscape?
Then become part of our team and help shape the migration to modern SAP architectures around S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Services, and the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).

• You take on the technical subproject management for the transformation of our SAP landscape towards S/4HANA and cloud.
• You develop future-proof SAP solutions and architectures together with business units and IT teams.
• You are responsible for the operation, further development, and integration of our SAP systems into a global system landscape.
• You manage internal and external project partners and coordinate demanding transformation projects.
• You accompany the migration of our HCM systems into modern H4S4 and cloud environments.
• You actively drive the further development of our integration platform based on SAP BTP and CPI.
• You advise internal stakeholders up to management level on technological and strategic issues.
• You actively contribute to the establishment of globally standardised SAP services and processes.

YOUR PROFILE

• Several years of experience in the SAP environment, for example as SAP Operations Manager, SAP Basis Manager, SAP Technical Consultant, or SAP Solution Architect.
• Sound knowledge in SAP HCM, S/4HANA, or comparable SAP landscapes.
• Experience with SAP Fiori, hybrid SAP architectures, and integration scenarios.
• Initial experience with SAP BTP, SAP CPI, or cloud technologies is an advantage.
• Know-how in technical monitoring and application lifecycle management (ideally SAP Solution Manager or SAP ALM).
• Experience in international migration, transformation, or rollout projects.
• You are enthusiastic about new technologies and digital transformation.
• You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented.
• You like to take responsibility and think beyond system and departmental boundaries.
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
• You convince through initiative, decisiveness, and team spirit.
