In this versatile role, you independently manage the financial accounting of your own Swiss group companies and are an important contact person for financial matters.

Your tasks

Your varied and responsible job revolves mainly around oral health and how, thanks to it, you make the world a better and healthier place.

In this versatile role, you are responsible for the financial accounting of several group companies and contribute with your careful working style to a reliable financial basis for our company.

• You will be part of a finance team and report directly to the Head of Finance & Controlling.
• You independently manage your group companies and accompany them throughout the entire financial process – including asset accounting, accounts receivable up to the closing tasks.
• You carefully and punctually check, post, and pay creditor invoices.
• You participate in quarterly and annual financial statements and actively contribute your experience to the closing tasks.
• You prepare VAT returns for Switzerland and ensure correct and timely processing.
• You support controlling with reporting, evaluations, and business analyses and can develop further in this direction if interested.
• You are the contact person for internal departments regarding financial processes.
• You contribute ideas for optimisation and digitalisation of our financial processes and actively shape improvements.

• You have a commercial basic education as well as further training in finance, accounting, or business administration.
• You have experience in financial accounting and are familiar with creditors, debtors, general ledger, VAT, and account reconciliations. Initial experience with quarterly or annual financial statements is an advantage.
• You are interested in business contexts and want not only to process financial processes but also to understand and actively shape them.
• You work independently, precisely, and in a structured manner.
• You handle numbers and confidential information reliably, discreetly, and responsibly.
• You communicate confidently in German. Good English skills are an advantage.
• You work confidently with MS Office, especially Excel, and quickly find your way around new systems. SAP experience is a plus.
