While the Senevita locations stand for independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private home care services throughout Switzerland.In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten opened in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with excellent public transport connections.

Nursing Specialist 40-100%
Your Tasks
- Assuming daily responsibility
- Co-responsibility for implementing the care process and care quality
- Performing professional basic and treatment care
- Contributing to optimal interdisciplinary collaboration
- Co-responsibility for assessment using interRAI LTCF and RAI HC
- Competent advice to relatives as well as internal and external clients
- Participation in the training of apprentices
- Significant influence on the working atmosphere and an effective working environment
We Expect
- Completed vocational training as FaGe EFZ, FA SRK, geriatric nurse (with Swiss recognition), specialist in long-term care, or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of RAI-HC/interRAI LTCF (advantageous)
- Further training in treatment care and preferably experience in geriatrics
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (minimum level B2)
- Strong social skills as well as a high degree of empathy and communication ability
- Good organisational skills and structured working method
