- Assistance in conducting market analyses to identify current trends and price developments and to forecast future market developments
- Assistance in implementing sales strategies to achieve defined sales targets
- Support in preparing the monthly closing in the energy sector
- Compliance with purchasing rules and sales budgets
- Maintaining existing customer relationships and building new customer contacts through targeted acquisition
- Ensuring the maintenance of customer contacts and new customers in the CRM system and CRM Excel
- Assistance in ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent customer service and efficient handling of inquiries and complaints
- Assistance in monitoring the entire sales process from order placement to delivery, including coordination with in-house logistics and the logistics partner
- Management and maintenance of the ERP system to ensure accurate tracking and billing
- Completed commercial basic training (KV) or a comparable qualification

For our location in Illnau, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated, committed, and flexible personality for the position of Sales Back Office Energy (m/f/d) 50-60%.
The Energy Back Office supports the energy sector in daily business as well as in the implementation of sales and assortment activities. It helps to ensure an attractive and market-appropriate range of energy products (such as heating oil, diesel, gasoline, and wood pellets). In addition, it assists with administrative tasks, customer inquiries, and ensures reliable feedback of orders from the heating and fuel logistics. With enthusiasm for active sales, it actively approaches existing and new customers.
