Operational Buyer

Bern, immediately or by agreement at 80-100%
What you bring:
Completed commercial training with further education in purchasing (e.g. federal certificate)
Several years of experience in purchasing
Initial knowledge of public procurement law (IVöB) is an advantage
Very good experience with SAP MM (R/3 or S/4)
Structured, independent working style with a cooperative and solution-oriented mindset
Strong organizational skills, negotiation skills, and communication strength
What you will do on-site with our client:
Independent execution of procurement processes for materials and services (including needs analysis, supplier selection, contract negotiation)
Contract and price negotiations as well as responsibility for contract management
Execution of mini-tenders including organization and execution of supplier presentations
Ensuring the correct system representation (SAP) of contracts and orders as well as maintaining data quality
