LANDI Mittelthurgau is an agricultural cooperative in the heart of the canton of Thurgau, operating in the agricultural and retail sectors as well as in heating and fuel. We manage four agricultural locations for fodder, seed, plant nutrition, and plant protection. In the Leimbach fruit cold store, we store and sort organic and table fruit in cooperation with fruit processors. In our regional economic area, we operate eight retail stores with a main range of food products. Additionally, we run a LANDI market in Weinfelden and Kreuzlingen. Under the AGROLA brand, LANDI Mittelthurgau operates eight filling stations, two of which have TopShop and two car washes. LANDI Mittelthurgau employs around 150 staff members.For our Volg Bürglen, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a motivated leader for the position of Deputy Branch Manager (f/m/d) 80% - 100%.

Your areas of responsibility
- Supporting the branch manager in daily business and independently managing in their absence
- Organising and implementing operational processes (e.g. staff scheduling, product presentation, store layout)
- Operating modern cash registers
- Managing the sales assortment
- Ensuring compliance with prescribed order and cleanliness
You are a good fit if you...
- have training in sales, preferably in the food sector, or already have experience in retail.
- enjoy sales, customer advice, and leading a team.
- are a flexible, resilient, reliable, and sociable person.
- can keep a cool head even in hectic, seasonal times and are willing to show initiative.
