With around 120 employees, we operate in the fields of building construction and modernisation, civil and road construction, flooring and coverings, as well as transport – committed, professional, and firmly rooted in the Oberaargau region.

We are looking for an experienced formworker (m/f) starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. If you enjoy working precisely, contributing efficiently on construction sites, and want to be part of a strong team, then you are exactly right with us!

Your tasks:
– Professional production and assembly of formwork
– Concreting and finishing of components
– General bricklaying work in building construction
– Collaboration with colleagues for a smooth construction process

You bring with you:
– Completed training as a bricklayer or several years of professional experience
– Very good knowledge in formwork construction (for example Doka, Peri)
– Independent and precise working method
– Team spirit and reliability
– Enjoyment of working in a family business
