Your Tasks

• You are part of our young sales team and process incoming customer enquiries and orders in the field of customer solutions design.
• With your technical understanding and sales expertise, you advise and support our customers and prospects by phone, via MS Teams, or in a personal meeting.
• You form the interface between the field sales team and our design department.
• If necessary, you support the commercial internal sales team.
• You derive measures from shared goals and contribute to the company’s success together with the sales team.

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a technical training or commercial training in a technical environment and preferably have already gained several years of professional experience.
• You have very good knowledge of MS Office and experience with an ERP system such as Navision or Business Central.
• Experience with CAD programmes such as Solid Edge is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required. French or Italian skills for customer support are an advantage but not a must.
• You are an alert personality with an independent, customer- and team-oriented working style.
