Head of the Fiduciary Company (Owner Succession)
Your task:
You look after long-standing loyal customers and take full responsibility for handling complex generalist mandates. As the successor to the company owner, you lead your team by example. You are responsible for demanding mandates in the areas of accounting as well as tax and business consulting. Your negotiation skills and determined manner come fully into play when accompanying and acquiring new customers.
Your profile:
As a proven generalist, you have already gained broad experience in the fiduciary sector, and you have the flair to lead a fiduciary company. In addition, you have completed training as a certified fiduciary expert, certified auditor, or similar further education. Besides your solid professional qualifications, you are characterised by pronounced analytical skills and an interest in looking after your customers with a wide range of topics. If you are ideally between 30 – 45 years old, we look forward to your application and guarantee you absolute discretion.
