Responsibilities

• Independent handling of foreign currency orders for all Coop Depositenkassen branches including plausibility checks of stocks and order volumes as well as processing online foreign currency orders from our customers
• Support and communication with internal and external customers via e-mail, telephone and MS Teams
• Management and maintenance of customer master data and formalities
• Carrying out control and reconciliation tasks
• Assistance with document scanning and digital archiving

Requirements

• Basic commercial knowledge or currently enrolled in studies
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good oral French skills; knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Strong numerical aptitude as well as a careful and structured way of working
• High discretion and sense of responsibility when handling sensitive data
• Availability on a fixed working day per week as well as flexibility for holiday cover
