HR Specialist (m/f/d), 80-100%

Your varied tasks

Responsibility for an assigned area throughout the entire employee lifecycle
Application management and support in the recruitment process including organization and conducting of interviews
Optimization and further development of our HR processes as well as promotion of digital realignment
Administrative support of the HR processes of our branch offices
Consulting and supporting our line managers in all personnel-related matters – solution-oriented, cooperative and with foresight

Your profile

Commercial basic training with further education in the HR field
Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
Organized, independent and structured way of working
Empathetic, discreet and confident appearance
Team player, enjoys exchange in a team of three
