Tasks

• Technical and personnel management of 3-4 employees
• Programming and optimisation of CNC programmes
• Creating machining programmes with AlphaCAM (3- and 5-axis)
• Operating and setting up CNC milling machines
• Monitoring the manufacturing process and ensuring quality
• Coordinating daily business, liaising with upstream and downstream departments
• Collaborating with other departments to optimise production processes
• Maintenance and care of the machines

Qualifications

• Preferably vocational training as a polymechanic or carpenter with CNC experience or comparable qualification
• Experience in CNC milling and programming
• Experience in staff management is an advantage
• Knowledge of operating CAD/CAM and ERP systems is an advantage
• High quality awareness and precise working method
• Team spirit and initiative
