- You competently and committedly support our field sales team in administrative and organisational matters.
- You personally, telephonically, and in writing look after our customers and ensure a positive customer experience.
- You prepare offers, process enquiries, and coordinate appointments.
- You conduct demanding research and investigations with our specialist departments and develop suitable solutions for individual customer needs.
- You move in a varied environment between private and corporate customer business.

- Completed commercial apprenticeship and existing VBV certification
- Professional experience in the insurance industry
- Enjoyment of customer contact and collaboration with various stakeholders
- Team player mentality, flexibility, and openness to new challenges
- High resilience and independent working style
- Positive, service-oriented, and communicative personality
