The VHS Solothurn operates its CULTURE BISTRO directly at Solothurn station. The bistro is publicly accessible to all who want to enjoy a cosy drink, have a lunch menu or other small meals. It can be rented for private events with catering. Additionally, the Culture Bistro offers performances by various artists, readings, courses, dance events, lectures and much more.

Service staff member with evening responsibility at events and private occasions, 60% - 80%

Your area of responsibility

You warmly and professionally welcome and serve our guests – both in daily business and at seminars and events.
You are responsible for the smooth service process at evening events and take on leadership responsibility.
You prepare the service stations and reliably supervise them.
Cash register responsibility, compliance with hygiene regulations

What you bring:

Experience and/or a qualification in gastronomy
Host/hostess with heart and joy in dealing with people
Team spirit, service-oriented working style with willingness for flexible working hours
Good knowledge of German
