This versatile entry-level position is aimed at recent graduates / advanced students from the fields of business, business informatics or comparable courses of study, who are interested in digital topics, organisational contexts and strategic issues.
In this role, you support the Data & Digital Services (D&DS) department in operational, commercial and organisational management. You work closely with the Head of Data & Digital Services and take on coordinating, administrative as well as conceptual tasks across the entire department. At the same time, you contribute to ensuring that our order and billing processes function efficiently and that our office location in Frauenfeld is professionally organised.
YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Preparation of analyses, concepts, presentations and decision templates for department and division management
- Close collaboration with the Head of Data & Digital Services on operational, organisational and strategic topics
- Support of the commercial and cost control of the D&DS department
- Participation in order management including maintenance, follow-up and billing of orders and work packages
- Support with monthly and quarterly closings as well as with hour evaluations and administrative processes
- Participation as a future key user in the SAP implementation project to support the transition of order and billing processes
- Co-organisation of workshops, internal events and external visits as well as support of the office location organisation in Frauenfeld
- Coordination of general organisational matters such as office supplies, infrastructure and office services
- Participation in cross-departmental projects as well as support in the implementation of strategic initiatives
YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Advanced or completed studies (FH/University) in business, business informatics or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience through internships or working student activities
- Interest in digital topics, business processes and organisational issues
- Structured, analytical and independent working style
- High willingness to learn and enjoyment in taking on responsibility
- Very good knowledge of Office applications and the use of generative AI
- Communicative, proactive and service-oriented personality
- Enjoyment of a broad range of tasks with many interfaces
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written
