As a Customer Service Representative specializing in respiratory therapy as well as supporting our colleagues in diabetes therapy, you will be responsible for providing high-quality support to patients and medical professionals.
You play an important role in managing customer interaction by helping our customers with treatment therapy and their processes and ensuring their satisfaction.
We offer a versatile activity in a professional and motivated team with regulated working hours and home office. We also place great importance on the satisfaction and development of our employees.

Front Office
- Customer care through direct contact with customers via phone or email
- Email processing: priority tasks and distribution of emails
- Creating orders, quotes, data processing in the ERP & CRM system
- Supporting the sales team in creating quotes for customers
- Supporting the medical advisers with various inquiries and quote processing
- Technical support, assistance with therapy and material questions
Back Office
- Processing prescriptions and orders by creating contracts, delivery notes, and invoices
- Processing quotes and orders by converting them into delivery notes and invoices.
- Supporting the medical advisers in patient care
- Administrative tasks such as data entry, updating patient records, and managing tracking systems
- Checking their validity and compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure efficient record keeping and information coordination
Convinced all around | Your profile
- Commercial training with a focus on the insurance sector
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a medical professional
- Extensive knowledge in respiratory therapy and related products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle complex situations in customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- German and French skills, English is an advantage
