To strengthen our teams in nursing and social pedagogy, we are looking for you at the Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Psychosomatics and Psychotherapy from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement as
Tasks
- You support the centre management Nursing / Social Pedagogy in professional matters
- You ensure the further development of expertise, quality standards and work processes
- You professionally accompany employees in everyday life and are the central contact person for complex issues
- You plan and conduct quality controls, training and further education
- You promote efficient, process-oriented collaboration and good working conditions interdisciplinary in the team
- You coordinate cooperation with internal and external interfaces
- You take co-responsibility for economical work and compliance with budget requirements
- You analyse situations in patient care and derive targeted improvement measures
- You ensure the flow of information and report to the centre management
- You regularly lead internal quality circles and take on the professional and content leadership for continuous development
Profile
- You have a master’s degree in social work or nursing, or are willing to obtain it promptly
- You bring professional experience in psychiatry, ideally in child and adolescent psychiatry
- You convince through reliability, commitment and a quick grasp as well as through your systemic and analytical way of thinking and your interest in scientific working methods
- You communicate confidently in German (spoken and written) and are proficient in common MS Office applications
