Team Leader Special Cleaning (m/f/d) 100%
To strengthen our special cleaning team in Baar ZG, we are looking for a
YOUR TASKS
- On site at the customer, you lead our cleaning teams safely and motivated through the workday.
- You are responsible for ensuring a high quality in all completed work.
- With care, you take on the professional cleaning of windows and venetian blinds.
- You actively assist with construction cleaning (rough and fine cleaning) as well as industrial cleaning.
- Being free from dizziness is a plus, as you carry out facade cleaning from scaffolding, lifts, or skyworkers.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have many years of experience in leading employees as well as in specialized cleanroom and facade cleaning.
- For working at heights, you bring solid experience with facade lifts, an IPAF certificate, and PSAgA training.
- A valid category B driving license is mandatory for daily trips to our customers.
- Your working style is characterized by manual skill, practical understanding, and high reliability.
- As a team player, you score with good manners and communicate confidently in spoken and written German.
