About the job
We are Bank Cler. A Swiss bank that has been telling it like it is for almost 100 years. Because "Cler" is Romansh and means clear, simple, straightforward. That’s exactly how we operate. That’s why we ensure financial clarity – when saving, paying, investing, planning ahead, and financing. We advise, whether digitally with our app Zak or on-site in our 23 branches, and make sure our apprentices are involved from the very start. You take on responsibility, are close to our customers, and help make financial topics understandable.
Do you want to make a difference? If you think ahead and take responsibility, you fit with us. Let’s grow together!
Your apprenticeshipIn your 3-year training, you will have many opportunities, be involved rather than just present, gain valuable experience during six varied assignments, and dive deep into the banking world, for example:
- Customer advice in person at the counter or by phone
- Account openings, payments & payment transactions
- In-depth advice on loans, investments & banking products for private and corporate customers
- Projects and exciting insights into digital banking solutions
And because you give it your all, even more great things await you!
- Exciting opportunities to advance: Later on, managing a branch? Sounds odd, but if you put in the effort, you can develop further within the group and discover new exciting areas. Take a look at the portraits of our employees here.
- Events that connect: Meet other apprentices and employees at numerous events throughout the group.
- More for your wallet: For example, with a Coop discount card, sports offers, and other employee benefits.
- Generous support for everything you need for your training: From a contribution towards your laptop and language stay at vocational school to a general subscription for the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB).
