For our client in Bennwil, we are looking for an immediate hire:

Polymechanic Manufacturing & Automation (m/f/d) 100%

What to expect:

• Setting up, operating and optimising machines and production systems

• Active participation in mechanical manufacturing and processing

• Guidance and support of machine operators in daily production

• Carrying out initial sample, intermediate and quality inspections

• Supporting the team leader with technical challenges and in daily operations

• Assuming the deputy role of the team leader during their absence

• Active involvement in improvement and optimisation projects

• Testing and evaluating new technologies, processes and automation solutions

• Continuous optimisation of manufacturing processes to ensure high quality standards

What distinguishes you:

• Completed vocational training as a polymechanic EFZ or industrial mechanic

• Several years of professional experience in mechanical manufacturing and processing

• Solid knowledge in machining, manufacturing and metrology

• Interest in automation, new technologies and process optimisation

• Strong technical understanding, manual dexterity and a hands-on mentality

• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style

• Good communication skills, empathy and social competence

• Team spirit, enthusiasm and joy in collaboration

• Fluent German skills spoken and written as well as good IT skills

• Willingness to take responsibility and actively contribute to improvements
