Our client is a thriving Swiss niche market leader with ten employees at the location between Winterthur and Zurich. The small, highly specialised plant manufacturer develops, produces, sells, and services sophisticated customised solutions and standard devices for the construction ancillary industry. As part of a succession plan, we are looking for an independent, assertive, and customer-oriented personality to take overall responsibility.

Managing Director

A self-motivated, committed, and communicative all-rounder personality is offered the opportunity to lead a healthy company and develop it further in the long term.

Your Main Tasks

• Maintaining and expanding long-standing customer relationships as well as actively acquiring new projects
• Advising installers, architects, and engineers as well as clients and operators
• Developing solution approaches and concepts as well as preparing the corresponding offers
• Project management, design, production planning, and control
• Personnel management and motivation
• Development and implementation of the company strategy

Your Profile

• Technical education, ideally complemented by business management training
• Affinity for the construction industry and plant engineering
• Strong consulting skills with a customer and sales focus
• Good knowledge of German, possibly French skills
