Technical Maintenance Coordinator

About the job

Your main responsibility is to ensure that maintenance processes are properly planned, documented, tracked, and administered from both a technical and administrative perspective. This role serves a key function within our maintenance organization. Your tasks

• Plan and manage maintenance and inspection work orders
• Maintain asset data and preventive maintenance plans in API Pro
• Document completed maintenance and repair activities
• Manage technical documentation such as drawings, manuals, certificates, and inspection records
• Prepare and analyze maintenance KPIs, such as plant availability, maintenance backlog, and equipment failures
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Support spare parts management and material procurement
• Support projects, plant overhauls, and outage activities

Your profile

• A technical qualification in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, process engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the maintenance of industrial facilities or power plants is preferred
• Understanding of technical operations and industrial processes
• Strong organizational skills and confidence in handling technical documentation
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• High level of service orientation
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good written and spoken English; German skills are considered an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS), such as API Pro, is an advantage
