Our client is an established Spitex organisation in the city of Zurich, which professionally cares for and supports people in their familiar home environment. Health Specialist (m/f/d)

• Forwarding relevant health information to responsible authorities
• Early detection of changes in health status
• Independent collaboration in a well-coordinated team
• Care of clients in their home environment
• Promotion of independence and quality of life of those cared for
• Professional care in the familiar living environment of the clientele
• Enhancement of safety and well-being of the clients

• Federal diploma as a Health Specialist
• Several years of practical experience in the care sector
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• High degree of empathy and sense of responsibility
• Reliable and independent working style
• Enjoyment of direct contact with people
• Team spirit combined with initiative
• Ability to quickly assess health changes
