About the job

With our more than 500 employees, the Regional Medical-Social Centre of Sierre (Intercommunal Association) is tasked with providing various services to the entire population of the 11 member municipalities. Our main services cover diverse areas, including home help and care, social action, employment, prevention, and childcare.

For our Home Help and Care service, we are looking for a

Health Assistant at 80%

Your profile

- You hold the CRS health assistant certificate or an equivalent qualification

- You work both as part of a team and independently

- You demonstrate autonomy and flexibility

- You enjoy human contact and are client-oriented

- You have access to a private vehicle

Your mission

- You contribute, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, to the quality of client care

- You actively participate in the well-being and safety of clients, respecting their lifestyle habits

- You support and assist clients with their daily activities

- You provide basic hygiene care and ensure client comfort

- You embody the values of our institution and contribute to continuous improvement
