Deputy Head of Nursing Department 70%-100%

Your responsibilities include:
- Daily responsibility and deputising for the department head
- Leading the nursing process in collaboration with the department head.
- Empowering assistant staff in collaboration with the department head.
- Implementing the daily structure together with the department head and the team
- Scheduling staff during the day.
- Medication management.
- Medical-technical procedures (e.g. wound management).
- Accompanying doctor visits and liaising with doctors.
- Being a contact person for staff, residents and relatives.
You bring with you
- Professional experience, ideally experience in elderly and long-term care.
- Interest in professionally supporting the field of dementia and gerontology.
- Responsibility, creativity, flexibility and humour.
- High self- and social competence, as well as a service mentality.
- Good PC user skills and handling of electronic work tools.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written form.
- Experience with RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire it.
