Deputy Head of Nursing Department 70%-100%

Your responsibilities include:

• Daily responsibility and deputising for the department head
• Leading the nursing process in collaboration with the department head.
• Empowering assistant staff in collaboration with the department head.
• Implementing the daily structure together with the department head and the team
• Scheduling staff during the day.
• Medication management.
• Medical-technical procedures (e.g. wound management).
• Accompanying doctor visits and liaising with doctors.
• Being a contact person for staff, residents and relatives.

You bring with you

• Professional experience, ideally experience in elderly and long-term care.
• Interest in professionally supporting the field of dementia and gerontology.
• Responsibility, creativity, flexibility and humour.
• High self- and social competence, as well as a service mentality.
• Good PC user skills and handling of electronic work tools.
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form.
• Experience with RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire it.
