About the job
Parc Ela is looking for committed employees to manage our «blue ambassador», the Parc Ela Infomobile! You will be on site with the Infomobile at events inside and outside the park area, providing information about Parc Ela, its commitment and tasks, selling our products, responsible for the preparation and follow-up of the deployment, and possibly supervising a deployment team of Voluntaris and other employees.
Tasks
- Independent organization, execution and supervision of appearances of the Parc Ela Infomobile according to the deployment plan or participation in the appearances
- Providing information about the park and current projects
- Information and sale of excursions and Parc Ela merchandise
- Cash management and accounting for individual events, maintaining inventory (merchandise and brochures)
- Optional: supervision of temporary employees and Voluntaris
- Collaboration with Parc Ela employees (maintaining contact, exchanging information and feedback)
- Attendance at internal training provided by the employer
Requirements
- Very good communication skills, organizational & sales talent, and ability to work in a team
- Independent working style
- Time flexibility for deployments on weekends and evenings
- Knowledge of the region and its nature, culture, history, society and economy as well as willingness to proactively expand this knowledge
- Driver's license (category B) including willingness to drive with a trailer (<750 kg)
- Advantageous: residence in Parc Ela and knowledge of Romansh and/or Italian languages
