Trainer for the Kitchen, Locations Witikon and Riesbach

Tasks

• You will take on the professional supervision and training of one to six apprentices as cooks EFZ and kitchen assistants EBA, as well as for our pre-apprentices in the kitchen.
• You will independently plan and coordinate the learning support days, learning situations, document the learning process, provide feedback and assess them orally and in writing.
• You will support the kitchen team in the daily work in the kitchen and at events and banquets.
• You will independently prepare fresh and high-quality meals for our residents, employees and external guests, and comply with quality and hygiene guidelines as well as occupational safety.
• You are willing to work irregular hours and weekend shifts.

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a cook EFZ and qualification as a trainer
• Enjoy motivating and supporting apprentices in their development
• Passion for the profession, high quality standards, service orientation and flexibility
• Team spirit, openness, reliability and very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office applications and the learning platform WIGL

The annual salary for this position ranges from CHF 70,300 to CHF 93,936 (100%) depending on experience.

The Health Centres Witikon and Riesbach are jointly managed and located in the heart of Zurich-Witikon and Zurich-Riesbach in districts 7 and 8. The Health Centre for the Elderly Witikon combines various care and support services under one roof. The Health Centre for the Elderly Riesbach is entirely focused on the treatment, care and support of people with dementia. The secured house offers peace, security and safety. Both health centres are characterised by many years of experience in geriatric medicine. Here you will work together with 400 colleagues.
