At four locations in Switzerland, we treat and recover hazardous waste to prevent its dilution or release into the environment.
Job Description
- You are the face of our company and act as the central contact person for our customers in your sales area.
- You independently manage and monitor your assigned market area and develop it strategically.
- With your convincing consulting skills, you acquire new customers and maintain existing customer relationships. In doing so, you act as a technical interface to our locations.
- You independently develop service concepts, prepare price calculations, and prepare offers in close cooperation with the internal sales team and/or the locations.
- You create meaningful reports and evaluations for your sales area and diligently maintain our CRM system.
Qualifications
- Commercial and/or chemical-technical training or studies
- Several years of proven experience in a comparable position in the industrial or chemical sector in the field of special waste disposal (at least 3 years)
- Passionate salesperson, motivated by excellent customer service and successful new customer acquisition
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to quickly build trust
- Experience in preparing offers and the ability to always keep financial goals in mind, even in difficult negotiation situations
- Service- and solution-oriented personality with a hands-on mentality, ready to support our customers in their disposal needs in the best possible way
- Willingness to travel within the Northwest Switzerland region
- Fluent German (spoken and written) and English, French is an advantage
