MCR Technician / Building Automation (a)

Your tasks:

Management and monitoring of preventive and reactive maintenance of building installations (including HVAC) for our mandate
Responsibility for maintaining the required climatic conditions in the production area (temperature, humidity, pressure)
Programming, commissioning of controllers in FBD, CFC, ST language
Maintenance of BMS servers (kepware, SQL, Archestra)
Processing of tickets and daily work reports
Participation in projects in the MCR field (measurement, control, regulation) / adB and implementation of defined actions
Proposal and implementation of modifications and improvements
Management of subcontractors
Participation in on-call service

Your profile:

Training in building technology, regulation, instrumentation (ES technician in automation, BTS)
Good knowledge in technical building management
Knowledge of Beckhoff controllers, Aveva supervision (Wonderware) and communication protocols (modbus, ASi bus, MP-bus, DALI, profibus) would be an asset
Fluency in French (C1) and English at B1 level, an asset
Proficiency in IT tools and good mastery of Excel
Good stress resistance and organizational skills, team spirit
Flexibility and strong customer orientation
