This is your field of activity
As the day manager, you clarify the nursing needs according to InterRAI Homecare and ensure optimal care, treatment and advice for our clients as case management. You carry out medically prescribed measures and regularly review the nursing process. With your organisational talent, you are the interface in interprofessional collaboration.
What you bring with you
- You have completed training as a qualified nursing specialist HF
- You have already gained professional experience or are motivated to re-enter the professional world
- You have a forward-looking, structured and independent way of working and like to take responsibility
- You enjoy carrying out medical-technical measures or are willing to refresh your professional knowledge
- Reliable and team-oriented work as well as flexibility characterise you
- You appreciate an environment where you can develop professionally and personally
- You have solid knowledge in handling PC and smartphone
- Driving licence
