The Foundation Altersiedlung Grenchen operates the two senior centers at Weinberg and Kastels for 173 residents and employs 270 staff members. In our senior settlements, elderly people live in a family-like atmosphere. We encourage them to lead their own lives even in old age and at the same time offer them a safe, age-appropriate environment in which they feel comfortable.
We are looking for the two locations Alterszentrum Kastels and at Weinberg by arrangement
Responsibility Nursing Secretariat/Bed Allocation 80 – 100%
Tasks:
- Responsibility for bed allocation in cooperation with the nursing service management
- Management of networks with external agencies such as social services of hospitals and municipalities, Spitex organizations and general practitioners
- Clarification of financial situation (cost approvals) and initial nursing assessment
- Mediation/application for guardianships
- Ensuring the administrative interfaces between nursing and other areas of the institution
- Responsible for clarifying potential tenants for the senior apartments
Your profile:
- Education at tertiary level in nursing or social work
- Solid knowledge in the areas of social insurance, social affairs and nursing
- Interest in the field of long-term care
- High social competence and resilience
- Networked thinking and ability to quickly grasp tasks of great complexity and set the right priorities
- Very good German and IT skills
- RAI/RUG knowledge desired
