Activities- Scope for creativity: You actively shape the living and development environment of the young people and promote their independence as well as responsible living with regard to reaching adulthood
- Administrative responsibility: Take on the administrative file management for your assigned clients and provide close social pedagogical work with them
- Diversity in everyday work: Collaboration with legal guardians, schools, sports clubs and many other partners.
- Creativity and innovation: Organise group activities and contribute your ideas to enrich communal life in the centre
- Mastering challenging situations: Crisis intervention and conflict management are part of your duties as well as close social pedagogical work with the young people
- A completed education in social pedagogy, social work, psychology, educational sciences or a related field
Requirements
- Practical experience in working with young people is an advantage
- Interest and enjoyment in working with young people from different cultures
- Calmness in difficult situations and a high level of social competence.
- Teamwork skills, sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently
- Organisational talent and problem-solving orientation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Basic knowledge and use of MS Office
- Impeccable character (no entries in debt enforcement and criminal records)
