Real Estate Appraiser (m/f/d) 80 - 100%, Schaffhausen

Your tasks

• Valuation of demanding yield properties as well as commercial and industrial buildings using IAZI or Vitruv by preparing valuation reports and documentation
• Analysis of project developments and land values as a basis for well-founded credit decisions
• Inspection of properties alone or together with our client advisors as well as professional sparring in demanding financing and valuation projects
• Professional exchange with real estate companies, property developers, architects, and real estate agents
• Active participation in the further development of the appraisal system by identifying potential improvements, advancing valuation standards and methods, and contributing digital, data-based, and automated solutions to enhance the quality, efficiency, and meaningfulness of our valuations
• Professional contact person for valuation topics within the bank as well as knowledge transfer through training and professional sparring
• Maintenance and expansion of an active network with relevant market participants in the real estate environment

Your experience and personality

• Several years of experience in the valuation of yield properties as well as commercial and industrial buildings
• Solid training in the real estate sector, for example CAS Real Estate Valuation or a comparable further education
• Very good knowledge of IAZI and/or Vitruv
• Experience with project analyses and land value calculations
• Confident demeanour and enjoyment in exchanging with professional market participants
• Analytical, structured, and independent working style combined with a high service orientation
• Enjoyment in passing on expertise, critically questioning existing practices, and actively shaping the further development of the appraisal system
