We advise and support with our experts in the areas of finance, human resources, insurance, IT, marketing & communications, procurement, legal and engineering.

Marketing & Communications Consultant / Project Manager

• You advise our companies and internal clients on marketing and communication issues and develop suitable solutions together with them
• You develop marketing, communication and activation concepts and translate strategic goals into concrete measures and campaigns
• You lead projects from the initial idea to implementation and are responsible for deadlines, budget, quality and results
• You bring together the right internal experts and external partners and ensure clear briefings, decisions and efficient collaboration
• You further develop processes, standards and best practices and help us to implement marketing within the group more simply, quickly and effectively
• You analyse campaigns and measures, derive concrete learnings from them and further develop existing activities
• You contribute to communication and activation strategies and ensure that our brand remains consistently experienced across different channels and companies
• You use digital tools and AI purposefully to make concepts, processes and marketing measures more efficient and of higher quality

• Several years of experience in B2B marketing, communication, campaign management or agency side
• Experience in advising clients and managing marketing or communication projects
• The ability to quickly understand strategic goals and develop clear, actionable concepts and measures from them
• Confidence in moderation, clarifying assignments and briefing
• A good sense of when creative freedom is needed and when clear leadership and decisions are required
• Structured project management as well as confident handling of budgets, priorities and multiple parallel projects
• A good understanding of brand management, communication and impact
• Interest in technical topics and enjoyment in familiarising yourself with the diverse world of construction
• Curiosity about new technologies, digital tools and AI and the desire to use them meaningfully in everyday work
• A pragmatic working style and enjoyment in implementing solutions together with others
