About the job
Your tasks include
- Advising and supporting patients with a mental illness and their relatives
- Creating social histories and treatment plans together with the patients
- Independent clarification and assessment of difficult social issues
- Handling demanding administrative tasks
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with institutions, counselling centres and authorities
- Organisation and conduct of coaching sessions with and for patients seeking follow-up solutions in the area of housing
- Supporting and promoting patients in social and professional integration with the aim of regaining their independence in everyday life
- Active participation in shaping and further developing clinical social work
You bring with you
- Degree in Social Work from a University of Applied Sciences with solid expertise in social work
- Strong social and communication skills with empathy for people in difficult life situations
- High sense of responsibility as well as confident demeanour and flexibility
- Quick comprehension, reliable and independent working style
- Ability to maintain an overview even under high workload
- Joy and commitment to working in a motivated, long-standing team, active exchange of knowledge and experience
- Good user knowledge of MS Office
- Flawless German language skills in spoken and written form, foreign language skills are an advantage
