To strengthen our team in the field of Merchandising, we are looking from 01.08.2026, for a permanent contract, at the Sierre site, for a motivated and committed person as Assistant Visual Merchandiser Manager, 100%.
Your responsibilities
- You support the planning and coordination of all Visual concepts in the Non-Food, supermarket and restaurant areas.
- You effectively implement Visual Merchandising at the point of sale and in the shop windows (including lighting).
- You independently carry out transformations, events and projects.
- You regularly perform quality checks for the implementation of Visual Merchandising (price labelling, etc.).
- You are responsible for managing orders of Visual materials.
- You assist the Visual Manager in managing the Visual team staff.
- You supervise apprentices in their training as 3D poly-designers.
Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed training as a decorator CFC or 3D poly-designer CFC.
- You have completed the professional training course.
- You have an affinity for fashion and know current trends.
- You have a very good spatial representation ability.
- You possess good manual skills and are happy to get hands-on.
- You have a good understanding of colours and shapes as well as their combinations.
- You are very familiar with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator and master all common Office applications.
- You understand things quickly, especially in the digital environment.
- You speak French fluently and preferably know another national language.
