We are looking for an experienced, entrepreneurial-minded leader who actively shapes the digital progress of Wincasa and acts as a permanent member of the extended management team of Wincasa. Organisationally, the role is – depending on the profile – directly anchored with the Implenia CIO or within a CIO-adjacent organisation inside Group IT and enjoys high visibility throughout the Implenia Group.

As a central interface between business, Group IT, management, customers and external partners, you are responsible for the strategic alignment between business requirements and IT capabilities. The role represents Wincasa’s interests within Group IT, actively drives digital development forward and ensures through strong networking, communication and leadership that strategic and operational requirements are effectively, sustainably and group-wide coordinated and implemented. The workplace is our headquarters in the Ambassador House in Zurich-Opfikon .

Your impact

• You report directly to the Implenia CIO and, as a member of the IT leadership team or – depending on your profile – positioned in a CIO-adjacent IT organisation, significantly shape the strategic and operational direction of Implenia IT
• As a member of the extended management team of Wincasa, you are responsible for the continuous development of all digital platforms as well as the ongoing digitalisation and expansion of digital value creation
• You lead or actively support the concept development of Wincasa core processes with a strong IT focus, for example in digital mailroom, mandate onboarding and offboarding, digital rental processes or ERP systems for rental management – aligned with the respective business requirements
• You strategically lead important digitalisation and transformation projects and ensure governance, quality, budget compliance, change management as well as the sustainable introduction and use of the solutions
• You represent Wincasa on IT and digital platform matters vis-à-vis customers at Head Asset Management or Head Real Estate level and actively position Wincasa as a digital leader in the industry, for example through participation in real estate industry expert panels
• You maintain regular exchange with innovation partners and relevant market players to identify technological developments early and derive concrete potentials for Wincasa

Why you succeed

• You have a higher education in business informatics, digital business, computer science, business or a comparable qualification with pronounced technical understanding and bring several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership, business partnering or transformation role in the area of digital platforms, digital products or digital transformation
• Additionally, you have proven experience in developing and implementing digital strategies, ideally in the context of AI, platform, cloud, data or ecosystem topics
• You have a very good understanding of the interface between business and IT as well as experience with agile product development, project and programme management, business cases and change management. Industry knowledge in real estate or property management as well as know-how in PropTech are advantageous
• You have experience leading interdisciplinary teams and external partners as well as managing complex stakeholder landscapes and possess strong leadership skills at management and C-level
• You are characterised by strategic and entrepreneurial thinking, analytical-conceptual strength as well as a pragmatic and implementation-oriented working style and understand how to successfully bring together different interests within business and IT
• Fluent German skills as well as very good English skills, both written and spoken, are required
