Our client is an established institution in the health and care sector. To support during an extensive construction and renovation phase, we are looking immediately or by arrangement, fixed-term with the option of permanent employment, an engaged and highly organised individual as
Project Coordinator Renovation 80-100% (a) fixed-term until May 2027, Baden Region
Your tasks:
- Coordination of ongoing construction, conversion and renovation work
- Coordination with internal departments, specialists, craftsmen and external partners
- Monitoring of deadlines, tasks and pending issues including consistent follow-up
- Organisation of meetings as well as preparation of minutes and decision-making documents
- Coordination of clarifications and information flows
- Support of project managers in organisational and administrative matters
- Early identification of open points and potential challenges
Your profile:
- Completed studies, for example in business administration, economics or a comparable field, or equivalent training with relevant professional experience
- Experience in project coordination, project or process management
- Experience in construction, conversion or health sector is an advantage
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Organisational talent and confident handling of MS Office
- Communicative, reliable and resilient personality
- Initiative, sense of responsibility and assertiveness
