11 municipalities in the Solothurn Wasseramt district. We provide professional, comprehensive, and needs-oriented assistance and care at home. 70 employees care for over 330 clients, deliver more than 36,000 hours annually, and distribute over 15,000 meals.

YOUR TASKS
- Overall responsibility for the entrepreneurial management of SPITEX Wasseramt with accountability for operations and finances.
- Ensuring a stable, economical, and sustainable institution.
- Further development of SPITEX Wasseramt regarding services, structures, and service portfolio.
- Close, partnership-based collaboration with the board in strategic direction and key future issues.
- Leadership and development of the management team with clear direction and commitment.
- Active development and positioning of the institution within the regional care environment.
YOUR PROFILE
- Several years of leadership experience in healthcare or social services; a background in nursing is welcome.
- Proven experience in operational organisational development and leadership in change processes.
- Solid competence in financial management.
- Experience in managing demanding transformation projects.
- Clear communication, strong decision-making skills, and pronounced entrepreneurial thinking and action.
- Integrative, trust-building personality with natural authority and groundedness.
- Ideally regionally anchored or familiar with regional care structures.
