- Managing our telephone switchboard and welcoming our customers
- Preparation of offer and contract dossiers
- Checking and posting supplier invoices
- Maintaining and updating our CRM system in Abacus ERP
- Course administration and organisational support
- Close collaboration with our sales, support, and project management teams
- Completed commercial or equivalent training
- Experience in internal sales
- Good MS Office skills and experience with Abacus ERP are an advantage
- Enjoyment of customer contact
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
