Property and Centre Management Manager
Lead, enhance and develop a real estate portfolio at the heart of commercial activity
Your responsibilities
As Head of Service, you will lead the Property Management and Centre Management of Migros Vaud. Leading a small team, you set priorities, organise activities, and develop your employees' autonomy. A significant part of your role concerns retail spaces: you maintain relationships with brands and partners, conduct lease negotiations, contribute to finding new tenants, and support the portfolio's development. You also oversee the rest of the real estate portfolio, including investment properties, relying on your team's expertise. You monitor key financial and operational indicators, asset profitability, and service quality, while evolving practices, organisation, and service performance.
Your profile
As a hands-on manager, you know how to unite, empower, and develop a team while staying close to the field and directly engaging in cases when necessary. Pragmatic, results-oriented, and possessing excellent interpersonal skills, you combine high standards, a service mindset, and decisiveness. Your commercial acumen and market knowledge enable you to identify the right contacts, build lasting relationships, and defend the organisation's interests. You have proven experience in commercial real estate, retail, or centre management and understand the challenges related to retail space marketing and commercial leases. Comfortable in negotiations, you ideally have an established network among actors in the French-speaking Swiss market. Additional experience in residential property management is an asset.
