Tasks

With their positive appearance, our vocational trainers support the trainee supervisors with career information and parent events.
They organise, accompany, and assess the trial apprenticeships of applicants.
As organisational talents, vocational trainers create the deployment planning for the 6 to 12 trainees in the basic VST.
To ensure the trainees have a motivating entry into the professional world, their active support is employed.
Vocational trainers coach trainees in their 1st year of apprenticeship and enjoy working with young people. They support them in implementing practical work assignments and projects. In doing so, they exemplify professional conduct and behaviour and contribute their expertise purposefully.
With commitment and professionalism, they assess and discuss the application of what has been learned in practice.
Vocational trainers maintain contact with external stakeholders (e.g. parents) and uphold professional communication.

Vocational trainers have completed a recognised apprenticeship EFZ in retail. They have leadership experience and possess expertise in one of the following departments: CFF, F&G, bakery or dairy.
They also manage an assigned sales area.
Vocational trainers are good role models, meaning they are genuine and possess empathy, commitment, and joy in their profession.
They are willing to engage in a constantly changing environment.
They are reliable, flexible, and accustomed to resolving conflicts constructively.
Vocational trainers are open and communicative personalities with organisational skills, persuasiveness, and assertiveness. They find it easy to support and challenge young people.
