These are your tasks
- You manage demanding energy infrastructure projects in the role of client representation from the early phase to implementation
- The focus is on location issues, regulatory processes, and close coordination with landowners, planners, and internal specialist departments
- Together with interdisciplinary teams, you advance production and infrastructure projects in a structured manner
- You combine technical, organizational, and economic requirements and prepare decisions for the relevant project participants in a well-founded manner
- Your contribution supports the heat transformation of the city of Bern and shapes projects with long durations and high visibility
What distinguishes you
- You bring several years of experience in managing complex infrastructure or energy projects across multiple SIA phases
- A technical background in mechanical engineering, HVAC, construction, energy, or a related field helps you to competently lead planners and specialist partners
- You navigate interdisciplinary coordination processes confidently and have the maturity to independently advance complex projects
- Experience on the client side as well as in public infrastructure projects is required; knowledge in district heating, energy centers, or storage solutions is an advantage
- You approach others openly, understand different perspectives, and reliably advance multi-year projects
